The Croatian National Bank has issued, in cooperation with the Croatian Monetary Institute, a new series of investment gold coins with circulation coins’ motifs:

The gold kuna commemorative coin

The gold coin has identical specifications as the circulation coin of 1 kuna, with the issue year 2020 (motif, diameter, thickness), weight being the only difference due to the higher density of the precious metal.  

The coin is issued in a limited series of 2020 pieces. It comes in a plastic capsule and envelope.
