Hrvatski novčarski zavod d.o.o. shall ensure that personal data are kept at a safe place (including reasonable administrative, technical and physical protection in order to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying, or modification of personal data), which can be accessed only by authorized employees. If the data were obtained via the Internet, they are stored in a database administered by our partner company which provides us with server hosting services. Your data are protected by server protection and can be accessed only by Hrvatski novčarski zavod d.o.o. and our partner hosting company mentioned above.

Your personal data are kept permanently until we receive your request for their deletion.

Hrvatski novčarski zavod d.o.o. shall allow their users to access their personal data held by the company in order to make sure the personal data are correct, complete and up to date.

1 Transparency

Using the website includes providing the user’s personal data, together with collecting data such as your IP address, language settings, browser type, date and time stamp, internet service provider and operating system. Those data are collected for the purposes of website improvement and providing information of higher quality about the content, services and products available on the website. The collected information is stored in the log files on your computer. All information collected during your visit to the websites is used only for trend analysis, website management, collection of demographic data, and monitoring the behavior of visitors on our websites for the purposes of improving the services, products and content available on the website. 2 Access data

Those who access the website and register using a username and password shall be considered users, while those who do not wish to register shall be considered website visitors.

3 Right to rectification

The users may at any time rectify their data. After the registration, the users are allowed to access their user profile and their personal data. Users may also change their personal data at any time if they wish so. If they cannot access certain sites for updating, they may contact the administrator at hnz@hnz.hr, who shall be obliged to allow the rectification.

4 Right to be forgotten

Users may at any time request their personal data and all information connected to them to be deleted, i.e. they have a right to be forgotten. The website administrator shall erase and remove all information on a user collected up to that point if the user wishes to exercise his/her right to be forgotten. In this way, the user is prevented from accessing the website if registration is required, i.e. personal data are required to be collected again.

5 Right to restriction of data processing

If users wish to request the deletion of data or user account, they may request it, along with a right to restriction of data processing. In this case, users request the deletion of all data, but also that their data are kept for a definite period. Users may request the restriction of data processing if they consider that those data are no longer needed for the purposes of the website, that their processing is unlawful, or if they consider the data inaccurate.

6 Right to portability

The service provider, i.e. the website administrator who has collected your data, shall transfer the data to you or another service provider if you request it.

In particular, if you wish to switch to another website with similar content, and you wish to transfer your personal data to it, portability should be requested. In this event, the service provider of this website provides you with complete personal data or sends them completely to the new service provider, i.e. the new website that you have decided on. 7 Right to object

The user may at any time object to the processing of personal data regarding exclusively the user. If the user objects to the processing of personal data, and the service provider or administrator has no reasonable cause to continue doing so, they shall suspend the processing.

8 Right to object to automated individual decisions – profiling

The user may object to automated individual decisions, i.e. to profiling. This means that the user may object to the automatic creation of profiles on his/her behalf or anything similar which would constitute an infringement of personal data, in the event such a decision is necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract between the user and the data controller, and only inasmuch as such a decision is permitted by the EU or national law providing corresponding measures for the protection of the user’s rights, freedom and legitimate interests, and only with the consent of the user himself/herself.
